The Arroyos Treatment Center recognizes that the cost of treatment is an important consideration when selecting and receiving mental health care. We strive to be as transparent and clear as possible regarding our financial policies and to provide billing and financial documentation in an accurate and timely manner to our patients and/or those who have agreed to pay for clinical services on behalf of the patient (“the financially responsible party” or “guarantor”). Please contact our staff for assistance with any financial or insurance questions that may arise.

The Arroyos is a private pay out-of-network facility that does not receive outside funding from government or social services agencies. We do not accept Medicare, MediCal, or Medicaid. Payment for fees is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the patient and/or the individual guaranteeing payment (“the guarantor”) for the services provided to the patient.

Every patient maintains a valid credit card on file at all times, and we charge at the time professional services are rendered. A superbill statement is provided for each service delivered that has all of the clinician information necessary to process professional services received at The Arroyos. Be sure to check with your insurance plan to determine what if any out-of-network mental health services are covered and at what rate. While most insurance plans include out-of-network services at competitive rates, every plan is different, and it is important to understand what reimbursement you may expect from your insurance plan when you submit superbills for services you receive at The Arroyos.
